The restaurant is led by former Alyn Williams at the Westbury Head Chef, Paul Croasdale. His ethos celebrates the highest quality ingredients, grown in the larder of Essex, with seasonally changing restaurant menus served in an unpretentious and informal setting that welcomes all.
