Situated in the stunning coastal village of Gullane, close to Edinburgh, the venue, which also has bedrooms, is sleek and elegant.
Diners can choose from three menus – the Stables Menu, The Broc Bar Menu and also the Garden Menu.
In the Broc Bar, menu highlights have included home-cured salmon and rye bread; goats cheese croquette with fennel and honey; and celeriac soup with chestnuts and apple to begin.
Mains have included Highland Wagyu beef burger with chips; spelt and lentil burger with chips; and beef sausage and mash with onion gravy.
Desserts have included sea buckthorn meringue; coffee ice cream sandwich; and vanilla crème brulee.
The Stables menu, however, covers a more refined style of dining and is a one to try for the foodies.
