The pub has been designed over three floors. On the ground floor pub serves pints of Gritchie beer from Guy’s own brewery in Wiltshire, alongside a considered wine list.

On the first floor, the restaurant delivers a menu inspired to showcase the best of British food and seasonal ingredients. Chefs cook over charcoal and flame in the open kitchen, whilst there is a seat at the copper kitchen bar that overlooks all the cooking in action.

Starters include such delicacies as braised lamb croquette, spiced aubergine, pomegranate, dill tzatziki and trout crudo, pickled fennel, mandarin ponzu, nori powder, chives. While mains are an equal delight with dishes such as slow cooked beef cheek, swede and carrot mash, marmite hollandaise, pickled shallots and madras spiced grilled monkfish tail, red lentils, curry leaves, poppadoms, coriander, lime.

Bespoke private dining experiences are also offered in the Rhed Room.
