A tradition the award-winning gastropub aims to continue over the next 100 years and beyond.
The name of the pub and hotel dates back over 200 years, when in the 1800s greyhounds were used to hunt hares.
Visitors to the gastropub, which also has two AA Rosettes, along with many other accolades, will enjoy the pub’s riverside garden.
A carefully curated selection of dishes are presented to diners on the menu, featuring some of the very best ingredients and flavour combinations.
Highlights have included pulled Wiltshire pork ravioli with pumpkin, black treacle and chorizo; Gressingham duck, breast, confit leg, heart and squash; and warm English pear tart with burnt butter, truffle honey and marigold.
