The Badgers Mount menu boasts locally-sourced and carefully crafted dishes including pan fried sea bass, served with seasonal greens, jersey royals and extra virgin olive oil, in addition to rump of lamb served with English asparagus, mint pesto and red wine sauce.
Seafood lovers will not be disappointed, with grilled lobster, served with herb butter, vegetables & potatoes available to order, as well as pan fried Dover sole, with new potatoes, sautéed spinach and lemon garnish.
On its ‘naughty corner’ dessert menu, diners can order sweet dishes including vanilla pod creme brulee with rhubarb and hibiscus consommé or a griottine frangipane delice with cherry compote and clotted cream.
