Re-opened in December 2014, the pub is now owned by Michelin-starred chef Tom Sellers, who gained a star at London’s Restaurant Story.
Together with head chef Graham Squire, he offers a modern take on the independent British pub.
The menu is comprised of dishes made entirely from ingredients sourced from local specialist suppliers and artisan producers.
Set over two floors, downstairs serves as a traditional pub offering a selection of craft and local beers, as well as a range of cocktails and bar snacks.
It offers a great view into the bustling kitchen, described as the “heartbeat” of the Lickfold Inn, furnished with state-of-the-art equipment.
With its Tudor features and exposed beams, the dining room is situated upstairs and designed to create a relaxing atmosphere to enjoy the food along with attentive and knowledgeable service.
