Husband and wife duo Jonathan and Janine Harrison have been at the pub for more than 20 years, which has paved the way for a good relationship with local suppliers.
Prior to the Sandpiper Inn, Jonathan won the Roux Scholarship, contributing to his appointment as Chef de Cuisine at Birmingham’s only five-star hotel.
Since taking the helm at the pub with his wife, the Sandpiper has achieved a plethora of accolades such as Yorkshire Life Dining Pub of the Year, making the inn a must when visiting the Dales.
The menu illustrates the high-quality produce such as braised Wensleydale beer, roasted chump of Dales lamb and steamed skrei cod.
